Scheduler, Data Center Construction.

The Scheduler owns the programme position on behalf of the owner. You will maintain an independent, defensible view of the project schedule, interrogate contractor submissions, analyse critical path drivers and provide early warning when delivery dates are at risk. Fractera GmbH is an owner-side Project Management Consultancy focused on data center and critical infrastructure delivery across EMEA.

Wofür Sie verantwortlich sind

• Develop and maintain the owner-side master programme and integrate contractor and design programmes.
• Review contractor programmes for logic integrity, float distribution, calendars and resource realism.
• Perform critical path and near-critical path analysis.
• Track actual progress against baseline and verify reported progress against site evidence.
• Produce look-ahead programmes and support short-interval site planning.
• Assess schedule impacts from changes, delays and disruption.
• Prepare time impact analyses and support extension-of-time matters.
• Run schedule risk analysis and report milestone achievement probabilities.
• Produce programme reporting, milestone tracking and progress curves.

Was wir suchen

• Minimum eight years in construction planning and scheduling.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 capability.
• Data center, industrial or mission-critical project experience.
• Ability to challenge contractor programmes and defend an independent position.
• Working knowledge of delay analysis methodology.
• Fluent English with working or fluent German.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of forensic delay analysis protocols is desirable.
• Prior owner-side or PMC experience is desirable.
• Independent judgement, technical credibility and clear evidenced communication.
